Oppressive combo cards are the most likely to not need to be on the banned list at all, but often bring with them such negative play experiences, the question one must answer is, Why is the format a better place if this card is in it? While the first three categories are most often violators of the turn 4 rule (High tier Modern decks should not consistently win before the fourth turn), the oppressive standalone cards are generally more likely to be guilty of stepping on diversity too much or being overly dominant strategies
