It doesn't suck

Planeshift , the next set in the Invasion block, had 16 cards with kicker that introduced variations to the kicker cost, allowing you to pay life and sacrifice lands, and some spells like Nightscape Battlemage had multiple kicker costs

Thats why Im still confused about whether this is a terribly produced card or a fake one

Happily, it exiles itself so there cant be the same kind of silliness there is with Nevinyrrals Disk

This card is also a nice way to start taking out benched Pokemon before the opponent can build them up

If your opponent destroys the permanent you are trying to enchant, you end up losing two cards to their one removal spell
