This card has a strong potential to wreak havoc in various Constructed formats

This is probably the most exciting blue card in the set for me

With prowess and a discount on noncreature spells, this gets stronger with every instant or sorcery you play

We'll just have to see where it lands, but personally, I'm a bit lower on this than many people seem to be at the moment
