You can tutor out important artifacts to combo with for five mana and then still have the ability to get some extra juice out the next turn

Restart can easily be that card at a few points during each game

Because of these downsides, its hard to say whether this new trend is an intentional marketing strategy or just a series of communications blunders on the part of Wizards and its partners
